CheekyGamez is a live-streaming brand I built around community, personality, and interactive entertainment.

Developed a cohesive identity designed to work across live-streams, social content, and the web with community at the center.
Developed a consistent blue and orange identity across channel graphics, overlays, promotional materials, and content.
Built a casual, personality driven voice around “Confidence Pending. Chaos Ready.” and a community first approach to gaming content.
Created “The Den” as the community home, with ”The Pride” extending the lion branding into follower and subscriber culture.
Rather than building the channel around a single game, I developed recurring stream concepts with their own purpose, personality, and audience expectations. This allows the content to change while giving the community familiar experiences to return to.
I developed Brain Still Booting as a recurring morning format that embraces the slower, slightly chaotic energy of starting the day. Rather than relying on a specific game, the concept gives early streams a recognizable personality and gives viewers a familiar place to drop in, wake up, and hang out.

5 AVG VIEWERS · 15 PEAK · 41 UNIQUE VIEWERS · 14 UNIQUE CHATTERS
I developed Pulse Check as a recurring livestream format that incorporates my real-time heart rate directly into the broadcast. The live monitor gives viewers another way to experience tense, chaotic, or unexpected gameplay alongside me—turning a normally invisible reaction into part of the content itself.

I created CheekyTries as a monthly series dedicated to trying something outside my usual game rotation. Each installment involves scouting and selecting a game, developing promotional content, introducing it to the community, and evaluating the experience afterward to determine what worked and what could carry into future programming.

Livestreaming gives viewers the opportunity to participate rather than simply watch. I use interactive tools and on-screen elements to create moments where the community can influence, react to, and become part of the broadcast.
From viewer-triggered effects and live challenges to community goals and custom interactions, I experiment with ways to make the audience feel like they are in the room, not just watching through a screen.
Sticker Parties allow viewers to trigger on-screen effects during live gameplay, creating spontaneous shared moments between the audience and the broadcast.
A livestream doesn’t have to end when the broadcast does. I identify moments that can stand on their own, then edit them into short-form content designed to give the original stream a second life across social platforms.
I also use my website and promotional content to connect those individual pieces back to the larger CheekyGamez brand.
I use channel analytics to understand how programming, consistency, and audience engagement affect performance over time. Rather than focusing on a single successful stream, I look for longer-term patterns and use those insights to guide future content decisions.

137 FOLLOWS • 42 SUBSCRIPTIONS • 379 HOURS STREAMED
50% increase in average viewership
Comparing an earlier 30-day period (March–April) with a recent 30-day period (July–August), average viewership increased from 3.2 to 4.8 while total streaming time decreased from 62h 41m to 43h 2m.

Building CheekyGamez has taught me that a strong idea is only the starting point. I pay attention to what draws people in, what keeps them engaged, and what creates moments they want to be part of again.
Not every experiment works and that information is valuable too. I use audience response and performance data to decide what to keep, what to adjust, and when to try something completely different.
That process of creating, testing, measuring, and improving has become one of my favorite parts of building the brand.
